About Me

Balance is a concept that goes beyond physical capabilities but tunes in to our mental capabilities as well. I believe that balance helps me become the person that I want to be, as I feel accomplished when I am able to give all my attention to aspects that are important to me. If one factor is thrown off or my emotions are out of balance, then I do not feel like I am performing at my best.

So this blog is dedicated to striving to becoming a better person mentally, physically, and emotionally. Here’s all my tips and stories that I hope inspire others to LIVE because life is too damn short.  I hope you embark on this journey with me as we find balance between fitness, health, our passions, and our busy lives.
